Formed in 2006, Punch Brothers features Chris Thile on mandolin, Noam Pikelny on banjo, Victor Krauss on bass, Gabe Witcher on fiddle, and Chris Eldridge on guitar. Their compositions are known for complex arrangements, intricate harmonies, and lyrical depth. They have released multiple critically acclaimed albums including *Who's Feeling Young Now?* and *All the Folks*.

The Brown Theatre is a performing arts venue located within the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts in Louisville. Originally opened in 1977 as part of the Center’s initial construction, it was named for James Graham Brown Jr., a prominent Louisville businessman and philanthropist. The theatre is designed to accommodate a variety of performances including theatre, dance, music and lectures. Its architectural style leans towards modern with a focus on acoustics and sightlines. It seats approximately 650 patrons and has hosted numerous national touring acts and local productions throughout its history.
