Pulciperla is a French musical project blending elements of electronic music, post-punk, and new wave influences. Le Kilowatt, located in Vitry-sur-Seine, is a renowned venue for alternative and independent music in the Val-de-Marne department. Originally an electrical substation – hence the name “Kilowatt” – it was repurposed into a cultural space in the 1980s. Over the decades, it has hosted a diverse range of artists spanning genres like rock, punk, electronic, and experimental music.
