Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall opened in 1980 and is the permanent home of the San Francisco Symphony. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the hall is renowned for its excellent acoustics and seating capacity of approximately 2,707. It’s located within the War Memorial Veterans Building complex in the Civic Center district of San Francisco.
