Experience Orchestre De Paris live on September 16th

Orchestre de Paris is renowned for its interpretations of both standard repertoire and contemporary compositions, frequently commissioning new works and exhibiting a versatile approach spanning the Baroque to 21st-century music. Established in 1967, the orchestra has a history of collaboration with prominent conductors and soloists, developing a reputation for technical precision and expressive performances.

The concert on September 16, 2026, will take place at Philharmonie de Paris. This venue, inaugurated in January 2015, is a significant addition to Paris’s cultural landscape. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, it serves as the home of the Orchestre de Paris and the Radio France ensembles. The complex comprises a Grande Salle boasting exceptional acoustics – achieved through a ‘vineyard’ seating arrangement encircling the stage – as well as smaller concert halls and rehearsal spaces.

Philharmonie de Paris was conceived as a modern successor to previous Parisian concert halls, aiming to provide an optimal environment for musical performance and accessibility for audiences. Its construction addressed a perceived need for a dedicated large-scale concert venue in the city after decades relying on venues like the Salle Pleyel and Théâtre des Champs-Élysées.
