Experience Nouvelle Vague live on March 20th

Nouvelle Vague will perform at The Queen’s Hall in Edinburgh on March 20, 2027. The French musical project is known for its unique approach to performing primarily post-punk, new wave, and indie pop songs as bossa nova and jazz arrangements. Formed in 2004, the group typically features female vocalists and instrumentalists interpreting tracks originally by artists such as Joy Division, The Cure, and Blondie. Their discography includes albums of covers alongside some original material, consistently maintaining the signature mellow and atmospheric sound.

The Queen’s Hall is a prominent concert hall located on Clerk Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. Originally built as an Albert Hall model in 1979 following a campaign to preserve a historic building – the former Free High Church – it serves as a significant venue for a wide range of performances including classical music, jazz, world music, and contemporary acts. The hall is renowned for its excellent acoustics and intimate atmosphere despite its capacity of approximately 900. It has hosted numerous internationally acclaimed artists throughout its history and remains a key cultural hub within the city. It underwent substantial refurbishment in the early 2010s to enhance facilities and accessibility.
