Mr. Paganini is a contemporary violinist known for his dynamic performances blending classical technique with elements of jazz, rock, and electronic music. His compositions frequently feature virtuosic improvisation and explore extended techniques on the violin, often creating soundscapes that move beyond traditional genre boundaries. He frequently incorporates looping and effects pedals into his live performances.

Hostel Celica, the venue for the July 21st, 2026 concert, is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia and occupies a former military prison. Originally built in 1905 during Austro-Hungarian rule, it served as a prison until 1991, holding political prisoners during various periods including both World Wars and under Yugoslavian communist rule. Following its closure as a prison, the building underwent extensive renovation led by architect Jože Plečnik (though Plečnik’s involvement was primarily in initial designs which were later modified).

It opened as a hostel in 2003, deliberately retaining many of the original prison cell structures as guest rooms.
