Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin, the state orchestra of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, will perform at Theaterzelt Am Küchengarten on October 5th, 2026. Theaterzelt Am Küchengarten is a temporary open-air theatre erected annually in the gardens of the Staatliches Museum Schwerin – formerly the ducal residence’s kitchen garden (“Küchengarten”). First established in 2008, it has become a significant cultural venue during the summer and autumn months. The tent structure provides a covered space accommodating several hundred spectators and hosts a diverse program including theatre performances, concerts and other events.
