MarchFourth, a nine-piece ensemble based in Portland, Oregon, will be performing at Steinbaugh Pavilion in Louisville, Kentucky on July 24, 2026. The band is known for its high-energy performances blending elements of funk, rock, jazz, Latin, and marching band traditions. Their sound frequently incorporates brass instruments, a driving rhythm section, and visually dynamic stage presence often featuring choreographed movement and costume changes. MarchFourth initially formed in 2003 as a New Orleans-style street band before evolving into its current expansive format.
Steinbaugh Pavilion is an outdoor performance venue located within Waterfront Park in Louisville. Constructed in 1998 and dedicated in 1999, it was named in honor of local philanthropist and businessman Owsley Brown II’s mother, Eleanor Steinbaugh Brown. The pavilion’s design includes a covered stage and lawn seating area capable of accommodating several thousand attendees. It regularly hosts a diverse range of events including concerts, festivals, and community gatherings throughout the warmer months. The venue is managed by the Louisville Waterfront Development Corporation and is a prominent feature of the city's riverfront revitalization efforts.
