Lust for Youth will perform at Museu de Alberto Sampaio in Guimarães, Portugal on July 30, 2026. The Danish musical project, spearheaded by Hannes Norrvall, generally operates within the darkwave and synth-pop genres. Their sound is characterized by atmospheric synthesizers, melancholic vocals, and often incorporates elements of post-punk and coldwave. Formed in 2014, Lust for Youth has released several albums and EPs on labels such as Sacred Bones Records and Minimal Wave Records, gaining recognition within the international underground music scene.

Museu de Alberto Sampaio is a regional museum located in the historic center of Guimarães, a city considered the birthplace of Portugal. Established in 1935, the museum is housed within the former Canonry of Nossa Senhora da Consolação e Santos Passos – a building dating back to the 14th century with significant architectural features reflecting Gothic and Baroque styles.

The museum’s collection focuses on the history and culture of the Minho region, encompassing archeological finds, ethnography relating to traditional life, religious art including sculpture and textiles, and furniture.
