Flagey - Studio 1 is a renowned concert hall located within the Flagey building in Brussels, Belgium. Originally constructed as a Maison de la Radio (Radio House) in the 1930s, the building served as the headquarters for the Belgian national broadcaster, BRT (now VRT). Studio 1 was specifically designed for radio recordings and broadcasts, resulting in exceptional acoustics. Following renovations completed in 2002, Flagey reopened as a cultural center offering diverse programming including concerts, film screenings and exhibitions. Studio 1 retains its original Art Deco aesthetic while incorporating modern technical facilities.
