Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a luxury hotel and casino currently under development on the Las Vegas Strip. The property represents a revival of the iconic Fontainebleau brand, originally established in Miami Beach in 1954. The Miami Beach Fontainebleau became renowned for its glamorous design and association with celebrities and high-profile events; the Las Vegas iteration aims to replicate that legacy. Construction began in 2021 on the site formerly occupied by the unfinished Fontainebleau project, and it is anticipated to be one of the largest hotels on the Strip upon completion, featuring over 3,380 luxury hotel rooms and suites, numerous dining options, retail spaces and a large casino floor. It will mark the brand’s first foray into the Nevada market.
