The London Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a concert at the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, France on December 6, 2026. The Musée d’Orsay itself is housed in the former Gare d’Orsay, a Beaux-Arts railway station built between 1898 and 1900. Originally a terminal for the Chemin de Fer de Paris à Orléans, it was converted into an art museum in 1986. The building’s architecture is integral to its character; its large glass and iron canopy and grand hall provide a unique atmosphere.
