The Fonda Theatre, located on Hollywood Boulevard, has a history dating back to 1926 when it opened as the Carter DeHaven Theatre, a Vaudeville venue. Over the decades it underwent several name changes and served various purposes including a screening room for Paramount Pictures and a concert hall known as The Music Box. Rebranded as The Fonda in 2002 following extensive renovations, it maintains its art deco architectural features while functioning primarily as a mid-sized live music venue hosting diverse artists across genres.
