Lang Lang will perform at the Philharmonie de Paris on March 19, 2027. Lang Lang is internationally recognized for his virtuosic piano playing and emotive performances. His style blends traditional classical repertoire with a dynamic, often flamboyant, stage presence and incorporates influences from pop music, aiming to broaden the appeal of classical music. He frequently performs works by composers such as Chopin, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff, but also champions contemporary composers and collaborates across genres.

The Philharmonie de Paris, inaugurated in January 2015, is a modern concert hall complex located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, it is notable for its asymmetrical design and acoustic capabilities. The complex houses two main concert halls: the Grande Salle Pierre Boulez – seating approximately 2,400 people – known for its adjustable acoustics allowing for varied orchestral configurations; and the smaller Salle de Debussy.

The Philharmonie de Paris serves as a major venue for classical music performance but also hosts a range of other musical genres and educational programs.
