Kolinga is scheduled to perform at the Château du Petit-Pierre (Castle of the Little-Pierre) in La Petite-Pierre, France on August 15, 2026. Kolinga’s music blends Balkan brass band traditions with electronic dance music influences, often incorporating elements of jazz and funk. The group is known for its energetic live performances and use of traditional instruments like trumpets, trombones, and tubas alongside synthesizers and drum machines.

The Château du Petit-Pierre is a medieval castle originally constructed in the 12th century. Situated on a rocky outcrop overlooking the village of La Petite-Pierre in the Bas-Rhin department of Alsace, France, it served as a strategic fortification controlling access to the surrounding valleys. Throughout its history, ownership shifted between various noble families including the Lichtenbergs and the Counts of Hanau-Lichtenberg.

Significantly rebuilt during the 15th and 16th centuries, particularly under the Counts of Hanau-Lichtenberg who added Renaissance elements, the castle showcases a blend of architectural styles. Today it functions as a cultural center hosting exhibitions, concerts and events, and is managed by the Département du Bas-Rhin.
