The Dell Music Center is an outdoor amphitheater located within Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. Originally constructed in 1956 as the “Robin Hood Dell,” it was a free, open-air venue intended to provide accessible classical music performances to the public – funded by proceeds from the Robin Hood Dell Foundation. Over time its programming expanded to include a diverse range of musical genres including jazz, pop, and R&B. Renovations completed in 2018 significantly upgraded the facility's acoustics and accessibility while maintaining its open-air character.
