JVNO, the project of Belgian musician Johannes Van de Velde, will be performing at Cargo in Vallauris, France on July 31st, 2026. JVNO’s music is generally described as electronic, blending elements of lo-fi house, downtempo, and ambient textures. His sound often incorporates nostalgic samples and a focus on melodic composition, creating a distinctly emotive and atmospheric experience. He gained recognition through releases on labels like NTR and his consistently popular mixes shared online.

Cargo is a renowned concert venue located in Vallauris, a town celebrated for its pottery tradition on the French Riviera. Originally established in 1983 by Jean-François Brière, it began as a jazz club but quickly expanded its programming to encompass a wide range of musical genres including rock, electronic, world music and contemporary sounds. The venue is known for its intimate setting and high-quality sound system. It has hosted numerous internationally recognized artists over the decades and remains an important cultural hub within the region. Cargo underwent renovations in 2014 enhancing both its technical capabilities and audience capacity while retaining its distinctive character.
