Jumpin' Jacks is a Danish rockabilly and neo-rockabilly band, known for their energetic performances and a sound rooted in the 1950s rock 'n' roll tradition. Their music incorporates elements of blues, country, and swing, often featuring upright bass, twangy guitars, and vocal harmonies. The band has been active since the early 2000s, building a following through numerous live shows across Denmark and appearances at rockabilly festivals.

Det Mexicanske Bøfhus in Kalundborg is a long-standing restaurant and music venue with a unique history. Originally established in 1971 by Ejvind Olesen, it gained notoriety for its unconventional approach to Mexican cuisine – primarily serving Danish-style steaks rebranded with a Mexican theme. Beyond the food, the venue quickly became renowned as a hub for live music, particularly blues, rock 'n' roll and country music. It’s characterized by its intimate atmosphere and rustic decor. Over the decades, Det Mexicanske Bøfhus has hosted numerous well-known Danish musicians alongside emerging artists. The venue remains family-owned and continues to operate as both a restaurant and a regular spot for live musical performances.
