John Fogerty is scheduled to perform at Casino Rama Resort in Rama, Ontario, Canada on August 22, 2026. Fogerty is best known as the founder, lead singer, and primary songwriter of the iconic American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR), active from 1968 to 1972. His music blends elements of swamp rock, blues, country, and rock and roll, characterized by distinctive vocals, narrative songwriting often focused on American life, and prominent guitar work. Following CCR’s dissolution, Fogerty continued a successful solo career with hits like “Centerfield” and “The Old Man Down the Road.”

Casino Rama Resort is a large casino and entertainment complex owned by the Chippewas of Rama First Nation. Opened in 1996, it was one of the first casinos in Ontario operated by a First Nation. The resort features a casino floor with slot machines and table games, multiple restaurants, a hotel with over 300 rooms, and a 5,000-seat entertainment venue – the Rama Entertainment Centre – where Fogerty’s concert will take place.
