Established in 1981 by Dimitriou family, it has hosted numerous internationally renowned jazz musicians throughout its history including Dave Brubeck, Diana Krall, and Wynton Marsalis. The venue is known for its intimate setting – seating approximately 200 people – and its focus on presenting live jazz performances. It consistently ranks among the top jazz clubs in the United States and has been recognized for its contribution to the local arts scene. The club's design features table seating offering direct views of the stage alongside a full-service bar and dining options. It remains independently owned and operated as of late 2023.
