Théâtre Paul Scarron is a historic theatre located in Le Mans, Sarthe department in the Pays de la Loire region of France. Originally constructed between 1854 and 1857, it was designed by architect Auguste Aubry as a multi-purpose venue intended to house theatrical performances, operas, and concerts. The theatre is named after the 17th-century French playwright Paul Scarron. Following a period of decline in the 20th century, the theatre underwent significant renovations completed in 2018. These renovations modernized facilities while preserving its original architectural features including ornate plasterwork and a horseshoe-shaped auditorium.
