Originally constructed as a marine supply warehouse in 1917, the building was repurposed in 2014 to become a multi-vendor food hall and live music space. The venue is notable for its industrial aesthetic, retaining much of its original architectural character with exposed brick and high ceilings. It features two distinct stages – the MSC (Main Stage Company) and the DSC (Detroit Shipping Company) – allowing for simultaneous events or varied programming.
