The concert on July 17th, 2026 will take place at Opéra Berlioz in Montpellier, France. Originally known as the Opéra Comédie de Montpellier, the venue was renamed in 1993 to honor the composer Hector Berlioz, who was born in the city in 1803. The building itself has a complex history; the current structure dates primarily from the late 19th century – specifically between 1884 and 1888 – following designs by architect Charles Leu. It replaced earlier theatre spaces on the same site which had existed since at least the 1780s.

Opéra Berlioz underwent significant restoration work completed in 2019, modernizing its facilities while preserving its historical architectural features including ornate detailing and a traditional horseshoe-shaped auditorium.
