The McMenamins brewery and hospitality company then purchased the property and undertook extensive renovations, reopening it in 2008 as a hotel, pub, concert venue, and soaking pool complex. The building retains many of its original architectural features including classrooms which have been converted into guest rooms and event spaces. The property is known for its quirky décor incorporating artwork by local artists and historical photographs related to the school's past. It’s become a prominent cultural hub for the region offering various events alongside its lodging and dining facilities.
