Flugplatz Allstedt is a former airfield located near the town of Allstedt in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Originally constructed during the 1930s, it served as a military airfield during World War II under Luftwaffe control. Following the war, it was utilized by Soviet forces until 1994. In recent years, the site has transitioned into a venue for large-scale open-air events, including music festivals and airshows. The expansive grounds offer considerable space for staging and accommodating significant audiences. The location's historical significance as an airfield contributes to its unique atmosphere as an event space. Currently, it’s being developed into an industrial park alongside hosting events.
