Belma is a historic venue located in the Christianshavn district of Copenhagen. Originally constructed as a boathouse in 1902 for the Copenhagen Fire Brigade’s rescue boats, it served that purpose until 1968. Following a period of disuse, it was transformed into a cultural space in the late 20th century. The building retains much of its original industrial architecture, including exposed brickwork and high ceilings, contributing to its unique atmosphere. It now functions as a multi-purpose event space hosting concerts, exhibitions, and other cultural events. Belma is recognized for its intimate setting and focus on showcasing diverse artistic expressions. It's capacity is approximately 400 people.
