After periods of decline and closure, the venue underwent extensive renovations completed in 2023, restoring many of its original architectural features while upgrading its capabilities for live performances. It now functions as a multi-purpose event space hosting concerts, film screenings, and community events. The restoration aimed to preserve the building’s historical character alongside modern amenities. El Capri maintains a capacity of approximately 750 attendees for standing room/general admission events. The venue's design includes distinctive neon signage and interior detailing reflective of its mid-century origins.
