Foxwarren will be performing at Meaford Hall Arts And Cultural Centre in Meaford, Ontario, Canada on July 5, 2026. The band is a Canadian indie rock group known for their intricate arrangements, atmospheric soundscapes, and emotionally resonant songwriting. Often described as blending elements of chamber pop, post-rock, and folk, Foxwarren features layered instrumentation including strings, horns, and complex vocal harmonies. The band’s core members – Andy Peterson and Darren Johnston – previously gained recognition as part of the now-disbanded group Holy Locust.

Meaford Hall itself holds a significant place within the community. Originally constructed in 1924 as a vaudeville theatre and cinema, it served as a central entertainment hub for the region for several decades. Following periods of decline and closure, a comprehensive restoration project was completed in 2019. The revitalized venue now functions as a multi-purpose arts and cultural centre hosting live performances – including music, theatre and dance – film screenings, community events and exhibitions. It is operated by the Municipality of Meaford and aims to support local arts organizations while providing accessible cultural experiences for residents and visitors alike.
