Fauna is scheduled to perform at Debaser in Stockholm, Sweden on October 30, 2026. The band creates music generally categorized as dream pop and shoegaze, often incorporating elements of post-punk revival. Their sound is characterized by atmospheric textures, layered guitars, and ethereal vocals, drawing comparisons to artists like Cocteau Twins and Slowdive. Fauna released their debut EP in 2021 and have since toured extensively throughout Europe, building a dedicated following.

Debaser is a well-known music venue in Stockholm with a history rooted in the city’s independent music scene. Originally founded in 1999 by Johan T Karlsson, it quickly became a focal point for alternative and underground music. The venue has hosted numerous internationally recognized acts alongside emerging Swedish artists across genres including indie rock, punk, electronic and hip-hop.

Debaser operates across multiple spaces; the original location at Medborgarplatsen closed in 2018 but was subsequently re-opened at Slussen in 2019 with increased capacity and improved facilities. It maintains its reputation for showcasing diverse musical talent and fostering a vibrant cultural atmosphere within Stockholm’s nightlife.
