Engel, a German darkwave/industrial music project active since 1999, will be performing at Disharmonie-Kulturverein E.V. in Schweinfurt, Germany on December 2nd, 2026. The project, led by singer/songwriter Frank Schweigert, is characterized by its blend of electronic beats, melancholic melodies, and often introspective lyrical themes exploring themes of existentialism, love and loss. Musically, Engel incorporates elements of EBM, futurepop and gothic rock creating a distinct atmospheric sound. They have released numerous albums and EPs throughout their career and are known for their visually striking stage presence.

Disharmonie-Kulturverein E.V. is a registered non-profit cultural association based in Schweinfurt. Established in 1987, it functions as an independent venue and organizer of cultural events focusing primarily on alternative music genres – including gothic, industrial, EBM and related styles – but also hosting events encompassing art exhibitions and film screenings. The association aims to provide a platform for both established and emerging artists within these subcultures.
