Echoes of Zoo is a Belgian instrumental post-rock band, formed in Ghent. De Casino Concertzaal in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, holds a significant place in the region’s cultural landscape. Originally constructed in 1928 as a functional casino building in an Art Deco style, it was repurposed as a concert venue in 1968 following municipal acquisition. The hall is renowned for its excellent acoustics and intimate atmosphere – seating approximately 800 people – making it a popular choice for a diverse range of musical acts, from classical to contemporary. It maintains many of its original architectural features, contributing to its unique character. De Casino regularly hosts both established artists and emerging talent, serving as an important hub for live music within the Waasland region and beyond.
