Earth is scheduled to perform at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 24, 2026. The band is recognized for its pioneering work in drone metal, a subgenre characterized by extremely slow tempos, heavily distorted guitars creating sustained and immersive soundscapes, and minimalist compositions. Often incorporating elements of post-rock and ambient music, Earth’s sound eschews traditional verse-chorus structures in favor of extended instrumental passages. Formed in 1989 in Seattle, Washington, the group initially emerged from the grunge scene but quickly diverged toward its now signature style.

The Venetian Theatre is a prominent performance venue located within The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Opened in 1999 as part of the resort’s initial phase, it was originally designed to host large-scale theatrical productions and concerts. The theatre underwent a significant renovation completed in 2018, reducing its capacity to approximately 1,815 seats to enhance intimacy and improve sightlines. It has since become known for hosting residencies by notable musical artists and elaborate stage shows. The venue features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.
