Earth, a musical project primarily led by Dylan Carlson, will be performing at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 23, 2026. Earth’s music is generally categorized as drone metal, though it incorporates elements of ambient, post-rock, and American minimalist composition. Originating in the early 1990s in Seattle, Washington, the band initially gained prominence within the grunge scene before evolving towards its current sound characterized by slow tempos, heavily distorted guitars, and extended instrumental passages. Their work often evokes landscapes and themes of the American West.

The Venetian Theatre is a prominent performance venue located within The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Opened in 1999 as part of the resort’s initial construction, it has hosted a diverse range of artists including residencies by major musical acts and performances by comedians and theatrical productions. The theatre is known for its relatively intimate capacity compared to larger arenas on the Las Vegas Strip – seating approximately 1,815 people – and its sophisticated design reflecting the Italian Renaissance aesthetic of The Venetian resort itself.
