Duo Jatekok, comprised of Hungarian musicians Dániel Péter Szabó on cimbalom and József Szabó on clarinet, will perform at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris on February 28, 2027. The duo is recognized for their innovative approach to chamber music, blending traditional Hungarian folk music elements with contemporary classical composition and improvisation. Their performances frequently explore the unique timbral possibilities of their instruments, creating a sound world that is both deeply rooted in tradition and strikingly modern. The Théâtre des Champs-Elysées holds significant historical importance within Parisian cultural life.
