DIIV, the American shoegaze/dream pop band formed in Brooklyn, New York in 2011, is scheduled to perform at L’Olympia in Montreal, Canada on October 3, 2026. The band’s sound is characterized by swirling guitar textures, reverb-drenched vocals, and a generally atmospheric quality, often drawing comparisons to bands like My Bloody Valentine and The Jesus and Mary Chain. DIIV has released three studio albums to date: *Oshin* (2012), *Is the Is Are* (2016), and *Deceiver* (2019), alongside various EPs and singles.

L’Olympia is a historic concert hall located in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood of Montreal. Originally built as the Théâtre National Français in 1926, it underwent several transformations before becoming a dedicated music venue in the late 1980s. The building retains much of its original Art Deco architecture and is known for its intimate atmosphere and excellent acoustics.
