DARKSIDE live in Locorotondo

Experience DARKSIDE live on August 1st

DARKSIDE, the collaborative project between Nicholas Jaar and Rafeal Prado, will perform at Arena Valle D'Itria in Locorotondo, Italy on August 1st, 2026. Their music is generally characterized by a blend of electronic, experimental, and post-punk influences, often featuring complex rhythms, atmospheric textures, and Jaar’s distinctive vocal delivery. The project initially disbanded in 2017 before announcing a return and releasing their album *Spiral* in 2023.

Arena Valle D'Itria is an open-air concert venue constructed within a natural quarry in the Valle d’Itria region of Puglia, Italy. Opened in 2019, it’s notable for its unique acoustics derived from the surrounding limestone rock formations and its capacity of approximately 5,000 people. The arena was designed with sustainability in mind, integrating into the existing landscape with minimal environmental impact. It has quickly become a significant cultural venue in the region hosting both Italian and international artists across various genres.
