Lee’s Palace, the venue hosting the performance, is a historic concert hall located in the Bloorcourt Village neighbourhood of Toronto. Originally opened as a movie theatre in 1913, it transitioned into a live music venue in 1985. Throughout its history, Lee’s Palace has become renowned as a significant space for both emerging Canadian artists and internationally recognized acts across diverse genres including rock, indie, punk, and alternative. The venue is noted for its intimate atmosphere – holding approximately 650 people – and its distinctive Victorian-era architecture.
