Courtney Bryan is a pianist and composer whose work blends jazz, classical, and spiritual traditions, often incorporating elements of improvisation and Black American musical heritage. The Chart House in Lakeville, Connecticut, is a historic restaurant and event venue situated on the shores of Lake Wononscopomuc. Originally constructed in 1982 as part of a larger development intended to be a resort community, it quickly became known for its distinctive architecture – resembling a nautical structure – and its lakeside location.
