The Chart House in Lakeville, Connecticut, is a historic venue known for its intimate setting and focus on live music. Originally constructed in 1754 as a private residence, it operated as a restaurant from 1978 until its closure in 2020. It was subsequently acquired with the intention of revitalizing it as a dedicated music space. The building retains much of its original colonial architecture, offering a unique acoustic environment. Reopening as a performance venue in 2023, The Chart House aims to showcase a diverse range of musical genres while preserving the building’s historical character.
