Their music frequently incorporates elements of cumbia, bossa nova, and other pan-Latin genres, often featuring original compositions alongside reimagined traditional pieces. The group consists of Camila Rodriguez (vocals, percussion) and Leonardo Sandoval (guitar, production). They are known for energetic live performances and a focus on creating immersive sonic experiences.
Cervantes' Other Side is a performance venue located in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Established as part of the larger Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom complex, “The Other Side” functions as a more intimate space dedicated to showcasing emerging artists and diverse musical styles. While Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom has a longer history dating back to 1925 as a dance hall, Cervantes’ Other Side specifically developed its current identity around the early 2000s becoming a focal point for local jam bands, electronic music, and world music acts. The venue is recognized for its relatively small capacity and close proximity between performers and audience members fostering an interactive atmosphere. It maintains a consistent schedule of live music events throughout the year.
