Chris Botti will perform at the Sunset Center in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California on October 2, 2026. Botti is a Grammy Award-winning trumpeter and composer known for his blend of smooth jazz, pop, and classical influences. He has collaborated with numerous artists across genres, including Sting, Barbra Streisand, and Paul Simon.

The Sunset Center serves as a performing arts venue and cultural hub for Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Peninsula. Originally constructed in 1925 as a recreation center and movie theatre following a donation from the Carmel Community Theater League, it underwent significant renovations following damage from a 1987 earthquake. These renovations, completed in 1996, restored many of its original architectural details while modernizing its facilities.

The Sunset Center now hosts a diverse range of performances including concerts, dance recitals, theatrical productions, film screenings and community events. It’s designed to provide an intimate setting for audiences with a seating capacity of approximately 720.
