Chanticleer, an ensemble renowned for its captivating a cappella performances, will present a concert at The Trust Performing Arts Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on October 29, 2026. The group specializes in a diverse repertoire spanning Renaissance polyphony, jazz, spirituals and contemporary compositions – often commissioning new works. The Trust Performing Arts Center occupies the historic Fulton Opera House building, originally constructed in 1852. Throughout its history, the venue has undergone several renovations and name changes; it was known as the Fulton Theatre for much of its existence. A significant restoration completed in 2016 modernized facilities while preserving the building’s ornate Victorian architecture and original detailing. The Trust operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a broad range of performing arts experiences to the Lancaster community. It functions as a multi-disciplinary arts hub hosting theatrical productions, concerts, dance performances, and other cultural events within its various performance spaces including the main Fulton Theatre and smaller studio theaters.
