Chamber is scheduled to perform at Empire Live in Albany, New York on September 27, 2026. The musical project, led by Josiah Oldenburg, blends elements of indie rock, electronic music, and orchestral arrangements. Characterized by layered instrumentation, atmospheric textures, and often introspective lyrical content, Chamber’s sound frequently incorporates string sections and piano alongside traditional rock instrumentation. Oldenburg initially gained recognition through self-released recordings and touring before forming Chamber as a more expansive project.

Empire Live is a multi-use venue located within the historic Albany Armory. Originally constructed in 1916, the Armory served as a training facility for the New York National Guard for nearly a century. Following periods of disuse and renovation, it reopened as a performance space in 2016. The venue retains many original architectural features of the Armory including its high ceilings and exposed brickwork while incorporating modern sound and lighting systems. It now hosts a variety of events including concerts, festivals, and other live performances attracting both national and regional acts. The capacity of Empire Live varies depending on event configuration but generally accommodates between 1,500 – 3,000 attendees.
