The Philharmonie de Paris is a concert hall complex inaugurated in January 2015, located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, France. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, it is the first purpose-built concert hall in Paris in over a century. The complex features two main halls: the Grande Salle Pierre Boulez, known for its adjustable acoustics and seating capacity of approximately 2,400; and the smaller Salle de Découvertes.
The Philharmonie de Paris serves as the home of the Orchestre de Paris and aims to be a major center for musical experimentation and education. It hosts a diverse range of performances encompassing classical music, contemporary works, jazz, and world music.
