Loeb Playhouse resides on the Purdue University campus in West Lafayette, Indiana. Opened in 1975 as part of the Purdue Convocation Center complex, it’s designed primarily as a performing arts venue hosting a diverse range of events including theatrical productions, dance performances, musical concerts, and lectures. The Playhouse is known for its intimate atmosphere – seating approximately 600 patrons – and its focus on acoustic quality.
