The Great Hall is noted for its modernist architectural style and acoustic properties specifically designed for musical performances and large gatherings. It serves as a central venue for university ceremonies, public lectures and cultural events. The hall underwent significant refurbishment in 2018 to improve accessibility and enhance its facilities while preserving its original character. It accommodates approximately 400 attendees.
