Black Country, a British post-punk band formed in 2019, will be performing at The Roxy Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio on June 26, 2026. Their music is generally characterized by driving, angular guitar work, spoken-word vocals reminiscent of early post-punk and new wave acts, and a rhythmic complexity drawing influence from genres like krautrock and dance-punk. The band gained prominence with their debut album *For the First Time* (2019) and have continued to develop a distinctive sound exploring themes of modern life and alienation.

The Roxy Theatre, located on West 7th Street in downtown Cleveland, has a history dating back to its original construction in 1922 as a vaudeville house known as the Pantheon Theatre. It underwent several name changes and served various functions including a movie palace before being renovated and reopened as The Roxy in 1998. Currently operating as a live music venue, it’s known for its intimate setting and focus on showcasing alternative and independent artists. The venue holds approximately 450 people and features a general admission standing room layout.
