Béla Fleck is scheduled to perform at Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) in Mill Spring, North Carolina on September 4, 2026. Fleck is a banjo virtuoso renowned for pushing the boundaries of the instrument’s capabilities. His musical style blends bluegrass, jazz, classical, and world music influences, often incorporating complex arrangements and improvisation. He has explored diverse collaborations throughout his career, ranging from traditional Appalachian music to projects with orchestras and musicians from various global traditions. He's a fifteen-time Grammy Award winner.

Tryon International Equestrian Center is a large multi-discipline equestrian competition venue situated on over 600 acres in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Opened in 2014, it quickly became a prominent location for show jumping, dressage, eventing, and hunter disciplines. Beyond equestrian events, TIEC hosts concerts and other entertainment offerings utilizing its outdoor venues and facilities. The center was selected as the site for the FEI World Equestrian Games in 2018—the first time the Games were held in the United States since 1996—and continues to attract international competitors and spectators.
