The venue, Time, is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and operates as a multi-purpose event space housed within a historic building originally constructed in 1926. Initially built as the Metropolitan Opera House, it hosted vaudeville performances and films before undergoing periods of disuse and renovation. In more recent years, it was known as the Theatre of Living Arts (TLA) before being rebranded as Time in 2018. The space retains much of its original architectural detail including ornate plasterwork and a high ceiling, offering both standing room general admission areas and seated balcony sections.
