ASTER, a musical project spearheaded by composer and producer Antoine Duchêne, will be performing at Théâtre Silvain in Marseille, France on July 23, 2026. ASTER’s music blends electronic textures with orchestral arrangements and vocal elements, often described as cinematic and atmospheric, drawing influences from modern classical, ambient, and IDM genres. Duchêne frequently collaborates with vocalists and instrumentalists to create layered soundscapes.

Théâtre Silvain is a historic venue located in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille. Originally constructed in 1882 as a bourgeois theatre designed by architect Eugène Lecoultre, it underwent significant renovations in the 1980s under the direction of architect Jean-Paul Lasserre. These renovations transformed the space into a multi-disciplinary performance venue accommodating theatre, dance, concerts and other artistic presentations. The theatre maintains much of its original Belle Époque architectural detailing including ornate plasterwork and a horseshoe-shaped auditorium. It is currently managed by the City of Marseille and serves as an important cultural hub for the region hosting both local and national performing arts groups. The capacity is approximately 600 seats.
